Terms of service

These terms cover orders placed on cementcityprinting.com, homeschoolprintcompany.com and ccprintouts.com. All three are run by Cement City Printing, a DBA of Yours Truly Planner, LLC in Midlothian, TX. Placing an order means you agree to these terms.

Your files. You're responsible for the content of the files you upload, including spelling, layout and page order. We print what you send. We check files for printability (size, missing pages, low resolution), not for content.

Quotes and payment. The price shown before you order is an estimate. When you place an order, we place a hold on your card for that amount. After we review your files, we charge the final amount. If the final amount would be higher than the hold, we'll email you to approve it first. If we can't print your order, we release the hold and you aren't charged.

Turnaround. Ready dates are estimates and begin once your files are approved. We'll email you if a date changes.

Pickup. Orders not picked up within [30] days of the ready email may be recycled without a refund.

Shipping. Shipping dates and carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we'll help with lost or damaged packages but can't control carrier delays.

What we won't print. We may decline any order, including content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that we find inappropriate. Declined orders are not charged.

Limit of liability. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version in effect when you placed your order applies to that order.
